First you must make a student account and after registration your account will be approved and you are registered. Hence, the first step to make a student account is to go to “courses”, click on the desired course, follow the steps and you are done with the registration. However, not only can you do the registration on several devices such as a desktop, laptop and smartphone, you can also take part in the courses with these same tools. However, children under the age of thirteen must ask parenting or guardian permission.
In the courses on the Arrow Platform includes course material such as videos, PDF PowerPoint slides, e-books and PDF books. However, each course consists of various modules including Lessons, quizzes and assignments. This, in order to test the students gained knowledge in regard to the course. In short, if the student understood the lesson or not, maybe the student needs some extra help with information or explanation. Therefore, the student has the ability to make use of the Q&A (Question and Answer) option to ask the instructor for further explanation. Thereafter, when the student has successfully completed the course, the student will get a digital certificate via the platform.
You can start a course at any available time you have, there are no fixed time involved. Therefore, students can participate in courses at their own availability in their daily, weekly or monthly schedule. However, there are no deadlines set to start nor to complete the course. The Arrow platform policy states that you have a lifetime accessibility to your courses.
Arrow supports bank transfer and several payment methods including Mope, Uni5Pay, Mobile Money Guyana, PayPal, Visa, Master card and American Express. Therefore, you can choose which method works best for you

There are no fees set for registering as an instructor. When you are on the arrow.sr homepage there is a “become an instructor” option, you can fill in the form and submit. However, in the support section (in the bottom of the page), you can go to documentation” in order to read the instructor manual, student manual, and the course outline the instructor must fill in before recording a course and approval to the platform.
After the instructor completed the registration, signed the contract, the instructor must fill in the “course outline”, the Arrow team will screen the document and approve. the “course outline” is a tool used for properly setting up a course before uploading on the platform. Therefore, after approval the instructors will be recording their courses, edit, arrow team will do the screening and the courses will be uploaded on the platform. Both, the instructor manual and course outline can be found in the support sections under “documentation”, in the bottom of the page.
The Arrow platform contains various categories together with sub-categories. The categories on the Arrow platform are Art, Business, Law, Leadership, Lifestyle, Management, Technology and Live Events. Hence, you can find the categories on the Arrow “Home Page”. By selecting a category, you will find sub categories for that specific category. Instructors with a specific knowledge, degree and experience will be offering courses in their specific specialization. However, the Arrow platform does not support various topics, which can be found in the “Instructor Manual” in the bottom of the page under “Documentation”.
